Terms and Conditions
RESERVATION INFORMATION
Balance is due 30 days prior to date of check in.
Pick up keys at Sand County Office (see directions)
Keyless entry you will get details 24 hours prior to arrival
Check in starts at 3:30 pm daily / Check-out 10 am
Persons under 21 Must be accompanied by a parent or guardian
Quiet Zone Area. These homes are in quiet residential areas that will not tolerate noise after 10 PM. We cannot allow DJ’s and/or other live music at any of our rental properties. No tents, campers or RV’s are allowed.
Sand County Service Company is not responsible for lost or stolen property.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY
There are NO exceptions to the number of persons staying in your unit as stated on this confirmation, or if the maximum number of vehicles allowed at a property is exceeded.
If you break this agreement there will be a $50 charge per extra person and you may be required to immediately vacate the unit.
DAMAGE WAIVER & PROCESSING FEE
Damage Waiver per unit. The non-refundable damage waiver will relieve you of costs for all unintentional damage. The damage waiver does not cover intentional damage, missing items or excessive cleaning (we will contact you if there is a problem not covered by the waiver).
Every reservation has a non-refundable $45 Processing fee
ALL UNITS ARE NON-SMOKING PER WISCONSIN STATE LAW. There will be a minimum charge of $300 if evidence of smoking is found in the unit.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Deposit refundable if reservation is cancelled 30 days prior to arrival date less a 10% processing fee ($30 minimum).
Please note that our refund process may take up to 30 days to be completed. Should you have any further questions do not hesitate to contact us.
NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY DEPARTURE
MAID SERVICES
Your unit will be cleaned before your arrival
Daily maid service can be purchased if desired. Arrangements must be made in advance.
We provide a basic supply of towels and linens, bathroom tissue and bath soap, garbage bags and dish soap
You need to bring beach/pool towels, paper towels, coffee filters, Kleenex, salt & pepper, etc.
Grills that come with the units:
Charcoal; guests provide their own charcoal.
Electric; guests just have to plug the grill in.
Gas; There will be a propane tank attached to the grill, if the previous guests left gas in the tank feel free to use it. If the tank is empty or runs out during your stay you are responsible to refill it if you want to continue to use the grill during your stay.

CHECK OUT
Check out time is 10 am. Exceptions, when possible, must be arranged with our office in advance
There is a $50 charge for unauthorized late check out after 10 am
THINGS TO DO FOR CHECK OUT
Do a general pick up of the property
Wash and put away all dishes, etc.
Remove all trash to proper outdoor containers
Close and lock all windows, turn off all lights
Leave keys on dining table and lock door behind you
Drop in lock box outside the lobby at our office
Lockbox please returns the keys
If you have any accidental damages, please report them to the Sand County office before you leave
Motors are not permitted on rowboats provided with some cottages
Snowmobiling permitted on marked trails only
PETS
Pets are allowed at designated properties ONLY. No more than 2 pets allowed per reservation and Sand County must be informed you have a pet. A $100 pet fee will be applied to your stay unless otherwise stated. This fee helps us ensure that our rooms remain clean and comfortable for all our guests, including those with pets. If a pet is found at a property that does not allow them there will be a $100 cleaning charge and you will be asked to vacate the unit and all rental fees will be forfeited.
